This report, drafted within the framework of the project titled: “Strengthening the role of civil society in combating social inequality and gender-based violence in Kosovo”, funded by the European Union, presents a comprehensive analysis of the institutional treatment of cases of domestic violence for the year 2025. The report assesses the institutional approach of the Kosovo Police, the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Courts in the process of reporting prosecuting and adjudicating cases of domestic violence.
