This report shows the results of monitoring the Public Financial Management system in Kosovo, looking at the transparency of budget and public procurement processes, as well as the level of accountability through the Supreme Audit Institution. The monitoring analyzed the legal framework and official documents of public institutions, but mainly focused on how these rules are applied in practice and their impact on ensuring the proper use of public funds.
