This Policy Note aims to present a diagnosis of the current situation, discuss the costs of repeated elections, and defend the case for a quick institutional setup to achieve some of the most strategic goals. To that end, the first section will delve into a short history of the events that resulted in three national elections in 18 months, the second section will state the most important goals to be followed, such as attaining candidacy status for membership in the EU, while the third section will elaborate on some of the scenarios that can follow the June 7th elections.
