The EU facilitated dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia began in March 2011. In three years, the dialogue has spawned a number of „mediated‟ agreements, it advanced from technical to political dialogue, and moreover, made possible that Kosovo and Serbia cooperate and discuss about issues that both simultaneously have had concurring positions. This Opinion provides a short analysis of the main achievements and challenges.
