This Policy Analysis aims to draw a broad and credible picture of Kosovo’s domestic, regional, and international standing against the backdrop of a deepening diplomatic, geostrategic and ideological crisis between Washington and Brussels. It explores the five most prominent risks for the Western Balkans, and for Kosovo in particular, and offers a set of recommendations to confront the ongoing shifts in the transatlantic relationship amid a geopolitically unstable world.
