Do you know what Prishtina citizens think about the public transportation? They believe it is utterly important to introduce more lines and buses. To add to, 50% of regular users believe security measures are being respected and the other half believe compliance with schedules and cleanliness must be improved. As for safety and environmental standards, 46% of citizens are dissatisfied with bus conditions, from air-conditioning to number of seats and respect of schedules.
