Public Transport Service Delivery in Prishtina – As seen by the citizens

August 16, 2018

Do you know what Prishtina citizens think about the public transportation? They believe it is utterly important to introduce more lines and buses. To add to, 50% of regular users believe security measures are being respected and the other half believe compliance with schedules and cleanliness must be improved. As for safety and environmental standards, 46% of citizens are dissatisfied with bus conditions, from air-conditioning to number of seats and respect of schedules. This activity is supported and developed in partnership with the USAID Kosovo through USAID Transparent, Effective and Accountable Municipalities (USAID TEAM).
