This manual has been developed as a product of the project titled: “Strengthening the role of civil society in combating social inequality and gender-based violence in Kosovo”, funded by the European Union. Its purpose is to serve as a manual for project monitors, young professionals, students and other stakeholders who will be involved in monitoring courts resolving cases of gender-based violence (GBV). The manual is intended to serve as a basic source of information for gender-sensitive monitoring, providing the legal basis, basic concepts, as well as concrete questions and indicators that can measure and address gender dynamics during court hearings.
