This Annual Assessment Report reflects on the main findings stemming from data gathered during regular monitoring of court sessions and judgments monitored from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024, assessing court efficiency in dealing with corruption cases and identifying areas for improvement. Data was collected through two main processes: monitoring court sessions and published judgments. Court sessions were monitored across five basic courts, with priority given to high-profile corruption cases. A total of 458 sessions were monitored, with 322 conducted and 127 delayed or canceled. Additionally, 143 judgments published on the Kosovo Judicial Council website were analyzed.
