GLPS has today proposed to the political parties in the parliament a Minimum Policy for a Platform on the Final Phase of Kosovo Serbia Dialogue. Our Proposal is one which takes into consideration the full picture of contestations on Kosovo statehood, and one which insists in a full normalization of relations and final accession of Kosovo as an equal sovereign member to the international system of states.
