On September 26, Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) hosted a delegation of the Working Party on the Western Balkans Region (COWEB) of the Council of the European Union. COWEB is responsible for EU relations with the Western Balkans region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and Kosovo). The working party deals with the general political and economic developments, the Stabilisation and Association process and the financial instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA).
