This report presents the findings from the monitoring of Kosovo’s Program for Preventing and Reducing Administrative Burdens (ABR) during 2023–2024. The monitoring focused on assessing primary and secondary legal acts which were examined by the Strategic Planning Office (SPO), through the lens of administrative burden, with a particular emphasis on simplifying procedures and promoting digitalization of services. Out of 248 reviewed acts, 82 were found relevant for ABR purposes, leading to detailed comments and, in many cases, drafting support from the SPO.
