Elona Kurti

Project Coordinator

Elona Kurti has joined GLPS in February 2025 as a Project Coordinator. Her work focuses on coordinating projects and research efforts in the fields of rule of law and good governance. Before joining GLPS, Elona has worked in local and international teams, including as a Legal Assistant at Grant Thornton & Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP where she provided legal aid to Privatization Agency of Kosovo in the liquidation process of publicly owned enterprises; as a Junior Researcher at a local NGO where she conducted legal and policy research; and as a Legal Officer in a private legal office.

Elona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Prishtina and is completing her Master’s degree in Advanced European Studies. She was part of an exchange program at the University of Salzburg, where she studied Political Science. She is committed to sustainable policy development with a special interest for human rights protection, gender equality and environment protection.
