Levik Rashiti joined GLPS in July 2023. His work focuses on rule of law and good governance. Levik completed his bachelorā€™s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Pristina where he also represented the University in two international law competitions. Afterwards, he was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship to study in the United States, graduating with a masterā€™s degree from the University of Florida. In Florida, Levik advanced his knowledge of international law and developed research interests in the fields of antitrust and artificial intelligence, which continue to influence his thinking.

Prior to the GLPS, Levik interned at the Court of Appeals, Ombudsperson and UNDP in Kosovo, while in the U.S. he worked as a research assistant to Professor William Hamilton, researching matters pertaining to artificial intelligence and the law. Outside of work, Levik enjoys going to the theater, doing riddles with his brother and discussing politics with his mother.
