Ema Pula

Programme Manager

Ema joined GLPS in 2018. As of October 2025, Ema serves as the Programme Manager at GLPS. Her work centers on project management and coordination, with a focus on the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities, complemented by her extensive involvement in organizational performance management, research quality assurance, and strategic planning. She is actively engaged in institutional cooperation with Kosovo’s public institutions, local governments, civil society organizations, and international donors. Ema’s areas of expertise include good governance and anti-corruption.

Before joining GLPS, Ema completed a one-year internship with USAID Kosovo’s “Contract Law Enforcement” program and was engaged with several local civil society organizations promoting youth engagement, education access for minority communities, and intergenerational dialogue. She studied Law at University of Prishtina.
