Event Summary:
On December 21, Group for Legal and Political Studies hosted a roundtable discussion about the reform of public administration in Kosovo, and more specifically surrounding the issue of politicization and professionalism of civil servants. The focus of this round-table discussion was devoted to the impact that a professional public administration has vis-à-vis both the state-building efforts and the EU integration process, in addition to highlighting the experiences of other post-communist and transition countries.
