This video operationalizes the concept of accountability, measuring each Kosovar IRAs level of accountability according to an accountability index built around four stages — the procedural stage, informational stage, discovery stage, and evaluation stage. This video is produced by GLPS.
This is an animated informational video which briefly explains the 1st Chapter of the SIGMA Principles for Public Administration.
