Umberto Cucchi

democratization, rule of law and energy sustainability

Umberto Cucchi is a Research Fellow at GLPS. His research focuses on rule of law, democratization and energy sustainability. As a Research Fellow, Umberto also engages with various Kosovo institutions and agencies, as well as international institutions and civil society organizations.

Prior to joining GLPS, he worked at the United Nations and the World Energy Council, engaging with energy development of the Western Balkans and research and analysis related to the de-politicization of public administrations of the region. Umberto holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Cabot University and a Master of Arts from King’s College London in International Political Economy.
