Delfinë Elshani

economics, migration issues, trade, privatization and budgetary planning

Delfinë Elshani is a Senior Research Fellow at GLPS. Her research focuses on topics related to economics, migration issues, trade, privatization, budgetary process and practices of government institutions, as well as rule of law. As a Research Fellow, Delfinë frequently engages with various Kosovo institutions and government ministries, as well as political parties and municipal representatives.

Prior to joining GLPS, Delfinë worked as an audit assistant at Grant Thornton LLC in Prishtina. She also worked as an intern at Medical Group LLC, and at Banka e Re e Kosoves. Delfinë has an MSc in Economics for Business Analysis from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom as well as a BSc in Applied Arts and Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology (earned through the American University of Kosovo) with a major degree in Management and Entrepreneurship and minor degree in Public Policy.
