On 25 March 2013, Group for Legal and Political Studies and Kosovo Chamber of Commerce organized a Press Conference to inform media and the public on the weak business environment in Kosovo and the poor policy of the Government on this issue. GLPS also presented a Policy Analysis entitled ‘Business Environment in Kosovo: A View on the Key Policy Implications”, which provides an examination of the core problems and policy implications  in the business environment in Kosovo. The Policy Analysis also recommended certain policy actions to the Government and the Assembly, in order to improve Kosovo’s regional competitiveness in terms of business environment incentives and policy. GLPS and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce also criticized the current behavior of the Government which is using public procurement as means to politicize businesses and their strategic approach to the market.
