Executive Summary: On August 26, Group for Legal and Political Studies hosted a panel discussion about the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, in light of the growing tensions in the northern Kosovo. In particular, this panel discussion highlighted the impact of the Kosovo Government’s action (on the 25^th of July) to takeover border checkpoints, as well as the challenges and prospects for the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
